Dentist

Kristen Morgan, DDS

Every dentist has their own style, and Dr. Morgan is known for breaking down dentistry into understandable engineering concepts, giving patients a detailed education about their current state of oral health, then helping to outline possible solutions and treatment planning by priority. The work itself is done with the best materials and technology available with patient comfort and care a top priority.

Dr. Morgan has been working in the dental field since 1994, has a background in engineering, neurobiology, physiology, and behavioral sciences at UC Davis, and has received extensive training in endodontics (root canals), orthodontics (tooth movement), periodontics (gum and bone support of teeth), implant placement and restoration, laser treatment, TMD/jaw pain, airway/sleep, anesthesia, and full mouth rehabilitation from University of Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, as well as from CE classes from leading experts all over the world. She collaborates with fellow dentists to help further the current technology of dentistry in the areas of comfortable dental anesthesia, implant systems and protocols, home care, gum disease and decay prevention, digital simulations and full mouth smile design.

The skilled craftsmanship and gentle care of patients has been a strong family tradition for Dr. Morgan as she builds upon techniques established by generations of dentists in her family. She takes great pride in treating patients as family, friends and neighbors and describes dentistry as the perfect blend of art, engineering, and medicine.

Darin Delgado, DDS

Dr. Delgado comes from a long line of dentists in the family (4 generations!). From a young age he has appreciated the art and science of dentistry, drawing inspiration from his father, sister, and uncle. Dr. Delgado puts patients first using clear communication and a holistic approach. His goal is for patients to feel comfortable and confident while receiving personalized care that is gentle, modern, and of the highest quality possible.

Dr. Delgado's training is from Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco where he finished at the top of his class with honors and the highest recommendations from his colleagues and instructors. He has a love for leadership and community, and he is excited to be back in Tahoe where he grew up spending winters on the ski team, and summers wakeboarding, waterskiing, rock climbing, surfing, paddleboarding, and visiting with family and friends.

We are so lucky to have Dr. Delgado on our team here as he his an outstanding individual, kind, approachable, and extremely dedicated to his goals of taking great care of our patients.

Nicole Younger

Nicole has a keen interest in all things dental. Her years of working with surgeons both in the hospital and dental environments allows her to assist throughout the office, from scheduling and insurance logistics to chairside procedures. Patients appreciate her open-mind, positive attitude, detail-oriented, and kind gentle nature.

Becky has enjoyed serving patients in the North Tahoe area for many years. She has joined our practice with a ton of insurance billing and dental experience. She has a great sense humor and a big heart and loves caring for patients as if they were family.

Mary has worked with our team from the beginning. Her kindness and calmness have allowed her to form many lifelong friendships with our patients. Her skill set ranges from back office assisting, taking X-rays, sterilization, maintenance of office protocols and record keeping to more recent skills at the front desk with scheduling, checkouts, referrals, and case management.

Holly Nord

Holly is incredibly reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to doing the best job she can to help manage patient care. She keeps patients comfortable, maintains back office operations, air purification, and sterilization. She does a great job putting patients at ease while gathering records, taking X-rays, photos and 3 dimensional scans to use as tools for the most detailed and thorough treatment planning possible.

Our dynamic hygiene team is dedicated to providing patients with gentle, personalized care and service to make each visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Offering thorough care, feedback and realistic suggestions for maintenance and improvement of home care is always a top priority. We are very fortunate to work with such a versatile group of talented hygienists!
